Much of my artistic income derives from commissioned works of art. I truly enjoy the individual challenges derived from commissions; however my personal artistic ideas cannot be formally produced through commissions without full freedom. Fine art inherently allows for this freedom of expression while keeping my eye and hand and mind fresh.

The works that I consider my fine art are done based on my experiences with the world and with the history of art. I am attempting to place myself in the context of this long history of artists who have made names for themselves through their own creative endeavors.
