I am adding a new section under "Gallery, Commissions" entitled "Parsons Designs" to allow space for images from Cheryl Parsons Designs portfolio so that people will be able to have more ideas to view from. I had helped on several of the projects, but I believe they need a section of their own. I may have to make subcategories here too, but I don't want it to become too confusing. Also, I wanted to post the last portrait I completed. It is in the gallery, but here is a closer look: This painting is of my cousin, Kris Parsons. I was commissioned to do it after our last family reunion. He loves his motorcycles and has a knack for doing wheelies. I love the story about his competative drag racing. He wanted to do it so badly, but his mother wouldn't really condone it. So he got a motorcycle and did it anyway. His mother of course found out and went to see a race. Apparently he was so damn good that nobody could touch him. On the green in the first race, he pealed out as the other guy took off, then pulled his bike into a wheelie and raced past his opponent the whole quarter mile on one wheel. Needless to say, my aunt was pissed, but said she would get him a drag car because she would rather have four wheels under him than one. Anyway, there's the painting. Click on it for a larger view.
